Seventeen years in, I still get a little nervous and excited before every closing. I have been incredibly grateful to have chosen a job that I am infinitely passionate about. Having fallen in love with Austin on my very first visit in 1988, like most people, I fell in love with its beauty, the laid back vibe, its ease of living, and the hometown feeling you don’t get from most big cities. Having experienced its tremendous growth since that time, I can honestly say, it hasn’t lost it’s big city with a small town feel.

Throughout the years, I have successfully established a portfolio of clients and have gained an intimate knowledge of Austin neighborhoods and the many popular areas surrounding Austin. Every day I am eager to gain more knowledge with consistent education earning designations and certificates to help hone my skills in helping clients in their journey of buying and selling homes.

I would describe myself as a homebody – plain and simple. Therefore, truly understanding the importance of a home being your sanctuary, your safe place, your Zen. It should be a space of calm, comfort, beauty and ease – an escape from all the outside world demands.

The best part is helping clients find the home that fits their lifestyle, meeting their needs and in turn reflects who they are. Whether it’s minimalist modern, traditional, farmhouse, mid-century or a bungalow – all are so exciting to explore.

Most of my business comes from people I’ve already worked with, their kids, or their neighbors. That’s the only metric I’ve ever really trusted.

In buying or selling, knowing where to start can be overwhelming. My job is to help navigate the process and educate buyers and sellers on what to expect. The Austin market can be very robust and to stay in front of the ever-changing market, requires reading daily articles relating to current market conditions. Also having knowledge of where to search for private listings not available to the public or the MLS is key.

My hope is finding clients a home that might be their first home, a “raise your kids in” home or a forever home AND helping you sell for the best price in the least amount of time. But most importantly, helping you find a home that you LOVE and will tell your story…and having fun along the way.
